The quality management system at Sana Mad Pharmaceutical Company, in accordance with international models in this field, sets regulations, requirements, processes and documents that cover the various stages of the life of a pharmaceutical product. The application of this system is to improve the quality, facilitate innovation, continuous improvement of the company’s products and strengthen the relationship between pharmaceutical development and the company’s production activities. The quality assurance unit, as the most important supervisory and executive pillar located in the factory, is responsible for the periodic evaluation of the quality of the products with the approach of adapting the manufacturing process according to predefined codified methods.
